The latter is equipped with oak cupboards, good quality electric appliances and a wood stove. All on the same floor. The sitting room has a 120 cm sofa-bed for occasional use.

   Outside it has an exclusive private car park, 2 terraces with a traditional patio and barbecue, made of refractory bricks and a metallic grill. The general decoration is inspired in a Provencal style, except the kitchen, which is a bit more luxurious and modern. Household equipment and bed linen for a few days is included. It also has diesel oil central heating.
